MoLo Awarded West Broker-Carrier of the Year for Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling

MoLo Solutions is proud to announce that Reyes Logistics Solutions has recognized us as Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling’s West Broker-Carrier of the Year. This recognition is a testament to the hard work of our people and our unwavering commitment to our customers.

Our journey with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling began in November 2020. Due to the complexities of the beverage industry and the high demand for Coca-Cola products, the MoLo team knew they had to commit to servicing the freight and embrace a long-term mindset. Over the next 2-3 years, our account team took on more responsibility and continued to demonstrate the value of MoLo’s service and partnership.  

Customer Account Manager Jim Russo attributes success with Reyes to the strength of MoLo’s internal teams and the quality of partnership from the Reyes Logistics Solutions team.

In executing for Reyes, the Customer Operations team emphasized a focus on tracking requirements, compliance, and prompt and transparent communication. Our Carrier Sales team sourced quality carriers with long-standing MoLo relationships to handle contracted and spot shipments. By partnering with the right carriers, MoLo achieved a 100% on geo-tracking compliance, meeting Reyes’s service-focused expectations. MoLo also relied heavily on our Strategic Capacity team to ensure consistent coverage on key lanes leveraging dedicated relationship carriers.

Working with the Reyes Logistics Solutions team daily, Jim found that Reyes and MoLo shared a common desire to work together to execute on a high level.

While evaluating partners for their regional Broker-Carrier of the Year awards, the Reyes team first identified the group of carriers who were top performers in both volume and service categories. MoLo met both of those requirements and moved to the next step of the evaluation process, which was a holistic vote conducted by the Reyes business unit and logistics partners. The team took MoLo’s 100% primary tender acceptance, excellent service scores, competitive pricing and transparent communication practices into consideration when voting. We are so proud that the collective vote resulted in MoLo’s recognition as Reyes 2023’s West Broker-Carrier of the Year and that we have the opportunity to continue to grow with Reyes.

As we celebrate this incredible accomplishment, we remain committed to continuous improvement in pursuit of our goal of being “Driven for Better” and providing the best experience in the transportation industry. We’re incredibly grateful for the partnership with the Reyes team. We also appreciate our network of carriers across the country, without whom we’d never be able to accomplish this.
