Meet MoLo: Morgan Cappucilli


When Morgan Cappuccilli joined the MoLo family in March 2020, we were just two days out from moving to a full-time remote environment. Although her training classes were mostly held over Zoom, Morgan felt supported from the start. “I was originally concerned about learning new systems and processes from home, but the team was so supportive and helpful, it made those challenges that much easier to take on. Now that I’ve gotten to know MoLo, I have a chance to pay it forward, and I try to help everyone I can,” she said.  

As a Customer Operations Lead, Morgan is known for her positive attitude and her desire to provide the highest quality of service. One of her teammates shared that they consider Morgan an MVP because they “always know she’ll go above and beyond to make sure we are doing things the right way.” 

Leading a team remotely has its challenges but focusing on communication has kept Morgan’s team tight knit. “Staying in touch with my team has been crucial in the last year. We try to stay connected and in constant communication to bridge the gap of working remotely.” 

Morgan’s first position in the industry was in Carrier Sales, which gives her a unique lens when handling issues that arise in Ops. “I was a Carrier Rep early on in my logistics career, and I think that’s given me a different perspective in my Ops roles. I always try to keep the driver experience top of mind as I work through difficult Ops situations. We couldn’t do what we do without them,” said Morgan.
