A customer operations representative is the entry level role within MoLo’s Customer Operations team. As a Customer Operations Representative you will be on the front lines of executing daily operations for customers’ shipments. You will build and schedule shipments in a timely manner and then track the shipment for delivery. MoLo prides ourselves on great customer service, therefore you will be responsible for escalating any issues and handling all incidents to ensure the shipment is serviced. This position is well suited for organized individuals who possess tremendous attention to detail and drive. With an extensive training and mentorship program, you will quickly become comfortable with the technology used, the transportation industry and how to operate customer accounts.

The Pricing Coordinator is the entry-level role within MoLo’s Pricing Team. The Pricing Coordinator works alongside the Pricing Manager and is responsible for providing support throughout the entire lifecycle of RFPs, Bids, and Pricing opportunities. The Pricing Coordinator will handle all administrative responsibilities for the pricing process to be executed efficiently. The Pricing Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally with MoLo’s goal of delivering the best possible experience for our Account Managers, Sales Partners, Customer partners, and Strategic Capacity Team. They are diligent in their attention to detail and efficient in completing their daily obligations.
MoLo Solutions is seeking an Office Manager to oversee our new location in Music City! The Office Manager maintains office services by organizing, documenting, and executing all office operations and procedures. This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the office by ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available to employees. This position also provides general administrative support to MoLo Nashville employees and serves as initial point of contact for visitors. As the first point of contact for the Nashville office, the Office Manager is expected to provide a high level of customer service to all employees, visitors, and vendors.
